Part 1: Creating Your Mentally-Healthy Farm Operation
Using facilitated dialogue and exercises, please join Farm Management Canada and the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS) as we discuss how to recognize, assess, control and evaluate your operation from a healthy workplace perspective. Experience examples of policies, programs, fact sheets and tools that can help you build a comprehensive health and safety program for your farm. Post-event, you can start applying what you have learned. Consider joining the next session (Part 2) in 4 weeks time, to unpack your experiences and share with others!

Part 2: Growing Your Healthy and Safe Farm Operation
As a follow up to Part 1, join Farm Management Canada and the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS) as we discover what experiences you had as farm managers in applying the RACE (recognize, assess, control and evaluate) model for psychological health, safety and well-being, within your own operations. Tools, group work, handouts, exercises plus your own lived experience and knowledge as well, will all contribute to the session and provide valuable insights for all participants.
